I reused a DC-to-AC inverter enclosure to house my 1KW DC-to-AC inverter. To finish of the enclosure, I designed a custom front panel. The custom front panel hosts the unique combination of connections, meters and controls that my new inverter has enabled. The panel has basic dimensions of 18x87mm and houses an Atorch AT24CBT energy meter, AC (Wago 221-2411) connectors, an Australian power socket, power switch, and a multiturn knob to set the AC output voltage level. My print is made in eSUN PLA Plus 1.75mm black and white filaments, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. No print supports required.
