DC Motor To Lego Axle Adapter

I wanted to use some Lego wheels, so I searched on Thingiverse and discovered the perfect solution in this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1750406. However, when I printed it, I realized that it didn't quite fit snugly onto the DC Motor's axle, prompting me to create a new design from scratch. I've uploaded an updated version of my design, which addresses the issues I faced with the original model. I strongly advise printing this design using ABS or other robust plastics, as PLA may not hold up well under stress and will likely break easily.
