This is a compact enclosure that houses my XL4015 DC-DC Buck Converter. I built it to allow me to plug in any DC power supply up to 32V and then step down the output to any voltage from 0.8V to 30V DC. This unit allows its maximum output current to be set up to a maximum of 5 Amps (I recommend 4A for 80% load of the unit). The one in my picture has a 5V USB plug connection for the output, so I can charge any USB device.
