I'm running this on a high-performance 200mm x 300mm Thermaltake Fan, and I've got the cooling system dialed in just right to keep all my components nice and cool. No need for extra support, by the way - the hole is perfectly oval, so my case fan screw will fit through it with no issues whatsoever.
