Scouters are small, high-tech devices used by the inhabitants of Planet Namek and other intelligent beings in the Dragon Ball universe. These scounting devices allow users to sense an individual's Ki levels and identify their strength based on the user's input parameters, usually expressed in terms of power units. When powered up, Scouting mode can be activated for short-term or long-term surveillance depending on your preference! Users will receive immediate feedback via the Scout unit. When tracking a person of interest - especially those who've gained enormous abilities due to exposure to Dragon Balls- there may sometimes result some false readings
