Allows to directly fix a DBALa2 on a Mlok support, without going through a picatinny rail. This results in a gain in height allowing: Better paralaxis (the laser is closer to the barrel). Does not interfere with the scope. Weight gain (only 8 gr in PETG / Carbon). For airsoft. Tested on DBALa2 G&P and WASDN. Need two mlok screw set.
