I was requested to share these lock pins from numerous viewers of a recent webinar I presented. Coincidentally, I had been utilizing them to secure a panel in place. Although I use them for various tasks, these are the pins I employ on my CNC and Mill hold-downs' locking pins, which tend to break bits less frequently than metal ones do. I created molds and cast numerous units from very hard resin, as non-injection molding thin-walled parts can be quite challenging. I have them in varying lengths and sizes. I discovered that the 3D-printed versions are quicker to shatter but work just fine and take no time to produce. I've included a CORE STL file as a pattern, which can be subtracted from 3D-printed models.
