My DIY upgrade for a standard Delta Printer Carriage yields impressive results. I've carefully removed extraneous material, eliminating unnecessary friction that was hindering belt performance. With this modification, the carriage now glides smoothly along its track, and I no longer need to rely on pull ties due to significantly increased belt interlock areas.
