Dayton Audio Karlson Style Speaker

These are a pair of drivers made to look like vintage Karlson speakers although the front baffle is completely optional. These are a WIP and will be updated in the future I don't recommend you print these in ABS unless you are the god of bed adhesion. I used paint-on supports in prusaslicer for the main body and none for the other parts. I designed them for this driver: https://www.parts-express.com/Dayton-Audio-PC105-8-4-Full-Range-Poly-Cone-Driver-295-160 But I have made an adaptor for this one: https://www.parts-express.com/Dayton-Audio-RS100-8-4-Reference-Full-Range-Driver-295-352 Update 1: If you want to print the one with screwable sides you will need per speaker: Karlson_Speaker_Side_Plate_Voroni_Screwable.stl X1 Karlson_Speaker_Screw_Side_Plate_Parts.stl X2 Karlson_Speaker_Gasket X2 See the picture for where to glue the screw parts, I used 5-minute epoxy to glue them in place. Update 2: The open baffle PS95 is here! This update just sits loosely on top of the speakers and adds a nice sparkle and widens the soundstage. What you need per speaker: Karlson_Speaker_PS95_Holder_Cup.stl X1 Karlson_Speaker_PS95_Holder_Clamp.stl X3 Karlson_Speaker_PS95_Holder_Bracket.stl X1 Karlson_Speaker_PS95_Holder_Sides.stl X1 Karlson_Speaker_PS95_Holder_Top.stl X1 Use some blue-tack to hold them in place if you want. I would also recommend printing a set of feet in TPU to angle the drivers towards you. I used these bolts to clamp onto the back of the magnet to hold the driver in place: https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-m6-x-25mm-hot-dipped-galvanised-hex-head-bolt-and-nut_p2310041 I quite like the industrial look but it's up to you, the holes in the cup are designed to fit a 6mm bolt. Check my other post(s) for the subwoofer featured in the cover photo.
