Daymaker clone headlight adapter for Honda VTX

This will allow the Chinese Daymaker clones to fit a Honda VTX, tested on 2005 1300R and 1300C. You MUST not overtighten and obtain two #8 or 4mm (preferred) screws 1.5 inches long to secure it. Do not use thread locker.The CAD STEP files are included if you need modifications made easy (non-commerial, no selling these on eBay unless I get a check too! haha)I have made these in PETG, ABS or ASA, even Nylon if you are a beast!.75 degree tilt moves the light ~3.2 inches in 20 feet, 1.5 degree tilt 6.3 in 20 feet.We found one bike setup 2.5 degrees low and another bike 1.5 high... depending on your load and set-up. It may be necessary to snap off the "hook" low-center that fits into the headlight bucket... won't hurt a thing!I print .3 layer using a .4 nozzle (but 0.5 width) at 245C and NO FAN using MG Chemicals black, tougher than a gorilla on steroids!
