UPDATE: Emissions Box is now correctedFirst, I understand that adding plastic to a game that was made with no plastic might not be what the designers intended, but there are just too many bits in the box for the four paper boxes included in the game (and mine wouldn't stay shut). Second, the deck boxes are designed around/inspired by JS500's design used in many of their designs. Similarly, the component boxes and lids were inspired by the ones that I first saw in the Rallyman GT insert by DrFeelGood. I really enjoyed the look and feel of those in that design, so I drew up something like it for myself. Here is a rundown - Player Board and Lift - The extensions go in the lower cutout, and the main boards sit above.Token Boxes and Lids - Each box has a different layout to hold their components, the lids also serve as a guide to what goes in what section. The tolerance is very tight, if I get one that is too tight, I just take some sandpaper and run it once on either side and try again. I just repeat that until it slides smooth. You should get a click when you close it. Crisis Box/Nested Box/Crisis Lid - The nested portion holds the carbon and Community in Crisis tokens. The main portion holds the dice, temperature bands, & Planetary Effects wooden markers.Deck Boxes - I use the divider in the Local Projects holder to keep the starter cards for the countries separate from the deck. The Crisis and Global deck holders are identical, there are just two for my own sanity. The Challenge deck is a little weird, but intentional. It's designed in a way that you can get your finger under the main board to get it out of the box and then easily lift the Challenge deck so start removing everything else. My cards are sleeved in Sleeve Kings brand sleeves and all fit just fine. The challenge deck is a little tight, but fine. I think that's it. I printed everything in PLA on my Neptune 3 Pro, Boxes and lids were printed at 0.2 and everything else at 0.28. Any questions, just let me know and I'll do my best to answer!
