This tiny wafer falls neatly into the Rain Gauge hopper, catching bird droppings, leaves, and pine needles from clogging up the small hole at the base of the rain gauge. It has greatly improved my weather station's ability to report rainfall consistently. The tapered design ensures that this piece stays centered in its position without needing any glue. Just print it upside down to avoid printing edge supports, which will save you time and effort. Also, make sure to turn on support materials so that the center dirt catcher prints correctly. Removing these small support materials after printing is a breeze, and they don't take up much space. I've printed these in both ABS and PLA with excellent results.
