Every part of this Paddle Boat is printable without support material. I have redesigned Leonardo Da Vinci's Paddle Boat with modern type of gears and thicker structure, so it can be printed on FDM 3D printer. This Paddle Boat is designed for FDM 3D Printer with printing size of at least 220x220x220 mm (x y z) and its capable of printing angle is 45°. There is a gap of 0.6mm between moving parts and gap of 0.2mm between non-moving parts that have to be assembled together. It is supposed to be assembled with wedges, so there should be no need for screws or glue. It can be printed with PLA(Polylactic Acid) or ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), but I think it would look realy good with Wood PLA.
