Use this mount to adapt a dial indicator to your DaVinci 2.0 Duo 3D Printer.It's flimsy and inaccurate, but it's a start WARNING: Remove from unit before printing or calibrating. Calibration on the DaVinci Duo is a time-consuming task that often requires multiple cycles to obtain suitable results. I created this mount to help streamline the process by taking out some guesswork. It's a bit fragile and doesn't cover the entire bed, but it gets the job done. Initially, I mounted the dial indicator on top of the bracket but needed an extension for my unit, so I relocated it to the front face. This adaptation was designed specifically for the DaVinci Duo, but making adjustments could easily allow it to work with other XYZPrinting units. You can purchase a dial indicator from Harbor Freight Tools for $14.99, a relatively affordable option. I've included the Sketchup file so you can modify it to suit your needs.
