DaVinci 1.0 Pro AiO - PLA Fanduct Cooling AddOn

thingiverse

Finally, a very useful AddOn has been designed for the DaVinci 1.0 Pro AiO PLA Fanduct at Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2017981). It works seamlessly with an E3D v6 hotend. Take care to monitor the hotend temperature closely, as I have added about 10°C for optimal performance. I switch on the fan after approximately the first 1-3 layers and the results so far have been excellent. I printed it using supports outside the duct and the fan-slots at the bottom of the print. Edit - 2017-09-23 A small problem exists with the build plate, but only during the initial stages of a print. Once the print is underway, it stabilizes. Therefore, exercise caution when starting a new print. I plan to make adjustments within the next two days to rectify this issue. Edit - 2017-09-24 - Version 1.3 Testing while printing -> Successful! Testing to set/calibrate z-axis -> Successful! (Only minor adjustment required.) Testing to switch to engraving module -> In Progress! Best regards, CSD
