Davinci 1.0 E3D V6 Easy Direct Fit Direct Drive

After absorbing all the knowledge I've gained here, I decided it's time to give back something of value. Although the 1.0s might be slightly outdated, I firmly believe they still make excellent printers, especially when paired with clever mods. I wasn't impressed by many E3D mods I've come across, as most require drilling holes or additional hardware or even replacing the entire carriage. I wanted a solution that was easier to install and function smoothly without any complications. To achieve this, I optimized the parts to minimize support requirements during printing. This configuration utilizes the stock screws holding the hot end in place and relies on the standard E3D parts from the kit. I may have gone overboard with the wiring and modifications to the main board, but that's just my perfectionism speaking. These changes aren't necessary and can be skipped for a more straightforward installation process. Currently, I'm working on developing a 360-degree layer cooler. Keep in mind that this upgrade will reduce z-travel by 24mm, which I consider a fair trade-off for the simplicity it offers.
