Davinci 1.0 E3D V6 Carriage With BL-Touch and Layer Cooling!

I wasn't satisfied with the limited features found in most carriage designs created by others, so I designed my own. This custom carriage keeps the nozzle in its original position, allowing you to use the nozzle wiper attachments that come with the Davinci 1.0. Additionally, it features mounting points for a 40mm layer cooling blower-style fan. The specific fan used was chosen because it includes a 90-degree adapter that directs air into the ideal spot to cool prints. The included "BL Touch Mount" makes it easy to install a BL touch on your printer. Please note that you will need to upgrade your motherboard to support this feature. This carriage upgrades the linear bearings to a significantly better and affordable option. All of these improvements are achieved while maintaining a more compact design than the original "Drop-in" style carriage, allowing prints to be produced without any supports. Assembly requires: * 4 M3x25 bolts * 4 M3x15 bolts for securing the hot end cooling fan * 4 #2x3/8 wood screws (available at hardware stores) A lot of time and effort went into designing this carriage, so don't forget to post a "make" if you find it useful. Fusion 360 files are available for modification as needed.
