So I wouldn't advise using this just yet, I'm experiencing issues - it lacks sufficient cooling and isn't exactly "drop-in" compatible. This is still a work in progress. It prints fairly well; I added embedded supports to everything except the airway prior to slicing it. There's a cut-out photo showing the air channels. If printed with supports, clearing them out will be extremely challenging. When I get some free time, I'll continue working on it a bit more and implement a few ideas for improvement. For now, I can print ABS, but ninja flex isn't yet supported. It seems to work better than the stock version, but falls short of my initial expectations. Print Settings Printer: DaVinci 1.0 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Post-Printing I had to perform a significant amount of carving to get this to fit properly. I need to update the drawing, but with some effort it will fit without any issues.
