Davinci 1.0 50mm Layer Cooling Fan Shroud

I design custom 3D printed components, including a 50mm layer cooling fan shroud that snaps onto my printer's stepper motor. I use simple ABS slurry to glue three parts together without supports. This project is ongoing and will be updated with new STL files soon. For questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I connected the fan directly to my printer's board and installed a toggle switch on the side of the case (see picture). It was a relatively easy process, although tedious at times. Print Details: Printer: XYZ Davinci 1.0 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: Not needed Notes: This design prioritizes lightness over infill density. UPDATE: I recently conducted bridging tests with the fan both on and off, and the results were impressive. Pictures will be posted soon!
