DaVinci 1.0 50mm fan Clip-On Front Duct with Support

Unable to produce a clean print of the part with supports generated by Slic3r. A new approach was taken by adding manual supports above the clips, enabling a successful print without any extra supports required. A completely redesigned duct has since been created and performs significantly better than its predecessor. For reference, the updated duct can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:824926 Printing was conducted using ABS with 20% infill and a 0.3mm layer thickness. The printer's door remained open for ventilation during printing to prevent warping and promote even cooling. As a result, nearly flawless ducts were produced with minimal need for additional cleanup.
