If you have a David Clark headset that the microphone is attached to the adjustment arm by a piece of plastic that the mic plug prongs go through instead of the mounting point being an integrated part of the mic, this is the piece you are looking for. You might have to make the mounting hole slightly larger and do some sanding to get it to fit and move freely.
