DAVEga - Vesc Monitor Enclosure for Trampa

An enclosure for the Janpoms DAVEga Vesc monitor is designed to work seamlessly with a Trampa board paired with regular MTB trucks. However, if you plan to use the inner spring position on your truck, be aware that it may require modification or remixing of the enclosure to fit properly, and unfortunately, I don't have access to a truck with an inner spring setup to confirm this. The two small holes positioned below the screen are intended for 8mm micro momentary switches, which can be sourced from the link provided here: https://www.banggood.com/8mm-Micro-Push-Button-Switch-Metal-Reset-Momentary-Round-2-Pin-0_5A250V-AC-p-1259733.html. The LCD screen is secured in place with M3 button head bolts, utilizing a PCB spacer to maintain symmetry with the screen. This setup ensures that the screen remains firmly attached and securely fastened. To attach the enclosure to the deck, M5 socket head bolts are used, providing a sturdy connection that resists water ingress. For optimal sealing between the enclosure and the deck, it's recommended to print a gasket using TPU material, which will help minimize water entry.
