"Dave" T Connector with In-line One-way Valve
thingiverse
The "Dave" T connector has been redesigned to accommodate various configurations based on available equipment and desired setup. It consistently features a straight 22M (oxygen line in) to 22F (Charlotte line in) Connector, along with the option for either a 22F or 22M side connector for an additional oxygen line or reservoir bag. This model of Dave includes dual perimeters on top, allowing direct insertion of the 15M oxygen plug. Printing vertically requires only bed support for the side connector. There is also an in-line one-way valve model available for both 22M and 22F connectors, highly recommended to prevent patient exhalation from entering the O2 line. If not used, we recommend printing an external valve. The printed valve utilizes two one-way valve membranes that need removal from the interior of the decathlon mask. Rest or replacement parts for the decathlon mask can be found on my profile at https://gitlab.com/ma-d-kers. Printing should be done in PLA or PA12 only.
