I'm designing a custom steering wheel mount for my Datsun Z, and it's also suitable for other models with the same input shaft. The mount securely holds my steering wheel in place, although I might revisit the stem to make it stronger since I did manage to crack it when pulling it semi-hard. My primary intention was to find a creative way to display my old steering wheel after swapping it out for a 240z wheel on my Datsun Z. I wanted this project to be a unique decorative piece.
