Trying to degree a cam while the engine is in the car is next to impossible. I made this cam degree wheel to bolt under the cam bolt on a Datsun L-series motor, and it accommodates the fact that the cam runs at half the speed of the crank. The wheel is designed to be big enough that the top edge of the head can be used in lieu of an indicator pointer. I also designed it so that you can use the "Filament Change" add-in in Cura to highlight the text, etc
