<p>My Datsun 620 is... weathered. I decided, instead of purchasing some decent used sun visors, to take my one good base and remake it.</p><p>I initially tried printing with supports on the bottom, but it turned out really horribly. I hate supports with a passion, so I decided, why not just cut it in half? When it's screwed down, it won't matter, since they'll line up just fine... And it does! I love how this turned out. It fits right on the visor shaft as it should.</p><p>This is the second iteration, as I just messed with using a shape and then extruding from there. First time, and happy with the ease.</p>
