My trusty Datsun 620 has seen better days. It's time to show some love and attention. Instead of buying decent used sun visors, I decided to give my one good base a second life by remaking it. Initially, I attempted to print the base with supports at the bottom, but the result was disastrous. I abhor supports with all my heart, so I thought, why not simply cut it in half? When secured properly, they'll align perfectly. And that's exactly what happened! The finished product fits snugly on the shaft as intended. I'll post a photo once I find the perfect filament color to complement my Datsun's sleek design. Let's just say Prusa Galaxy Black is looking like a strong contender for top honors.
