Cold air intake solution for Datsun 240Z or any other 240-260Z model featuring non-flapper orange air filter housings. Remove the cabin air vent and seal the opening beneath the fender by applying duct tape over it. Install the printed sections of the intake "horn" through the same hole where the vent was located, spacing the rings in between two sections slightly apart to facilitate articulation. Secure these sections with additional duct tape for a snug fit. While I've successfully installed this setup on my late 1974 260Z equipped with a 1971 orange air filter housing for four months now, I offer no guarantees of performance or durability. Printing the intake in ABS is recommended as it provides superior resistance to sagging under high hood temperatures compared to PLA filament. However, it's possible that this setup may also work on flapper-style filter housings, but I haven't had a chance to test it due to lack of access to such an air housing model.
