I made this based off of the data spike seen in The Bad Batch S3E11.Another reference I found, which seem to be the same model, is from Star Wars Rebels.I also found an info sheet showing how this should be collapsable, still working on that model, will update when it's ready. This model is available as pre-split with a space for a 4mm diameter, 26 cm long rod to strengthen it, as well as a solid version. (Only applies to old model) If you want more Star Wars props and tool click here! EDIT: There is now 2 stl files (a split version top/bottom) that are more accurate to the references and also has a more detailed top section (see second to last picture). The stl files with "_Updated" at the end are the ones you should download for this!
