After my dashcam fell off the windscreen for the third time, I realized that its original mount just wasn't doing the job. So, I designed a new one that can be stuck directly to the windshield using a 3M adhesive pad. This solution has been working flawlessly so far. By incorporating the standard screw and nut from the suction mount, it securely holds the camera in place once tightened tightly.
