Dash, Modular lights.
thingiverse
Dash emerged from an urgent art direction project that necessitated a modular, efficient, and affordable lighting system. Most of the pieces are carefully crafted using laser cutting technology, after which they are bonded and assembled together until the lamp reaches its final shape. A 24-LED lighting system and a remote controller enable color and intensity changes to be made with ease, while an internal paper sheet surrounding the LEDs and a frosted acrylic piece ensure that the light is evenly diffused and protected from internal components. The entire system can be effortlessly assembled and disassembled using six screws that secure all container parts in place. Dash is designed to provide an affordable lighting solution adaptable to various environments, purposes, and spaces. Its formal simplicity and cleanliness are maintained throughout its volumes, materials, and surfaces.
