Dash Knob - 1963 to 1964 Plymouth wiper

This part is made to fit a D-shaped shaft used in windshield wipers and fan control on a 1964 Valiant, mirroring factory knob designs. It's built from two pieces to eliminate overhangs and provide support. I simplified the central dished steps and adapted the fluting for use with Sketchup, considering my beginner-level skills. A set screw isn't necessary due to the tight fit on the D-shaft. ABS materials should hold up well in summer temperatures, but be cautious of bed adhesion issues. This project was needed to match vintage-style under dash air conditioning evaporator knobs. While chromed metal reproductions are available, it seemed like a fun challenge to design and print one myself.
