DAS headphones to Aero Clips

These clips are designed to connect the Vive DAS headsets to a Varjo Aero. You simply unscrew them from the DAS headset and screw them into the new clips. There are two styles of clips. The flat style the base was made by DavidT who provided Aero dimensions and the flat clip. Just print it twice and put the curved slots to the back. The second is a curved asymmetric clip with a left and a right print one of each. I've printed and tested the curved clips and they work great on my Aero. I printed clip side down with supports at < 45 degrees and a .3mm interface. no issues with deformation.
