Nov 22, 2023 UPDATE: Added STL file for antenna stem extended by 15mm for those running larger battery than what I was (like a 3s battery). June 4, 2023 Original: I was struggling with video interference and decided to change the stock dipole antenna on my DarwinFPV TinyApe to a micro RHCP antenna for it to match the antenna on my goggles. After a few runs, I was struggling to keep the antenna in the stock antenna holder, and came up with this design. This is a custom designed mount to accommodate a RHCP iFlight VTX antenna to get the lollipop above a 2s 450mah battery to improve range for my goggles that I'm using a RHCP antenna on, and it made a huge difference! Other micro lollipop antenna I'm sure will work, I have not tested them The antenna is available on amazon, search for: " iFlight 2pcs Sigma FPV U.FL Antenna 5.8G 3dBi Micro RHCP Antenna UFL for RC Drone FPV Quadcopeter Multicopter TX/RX (60mm)(Cyan-Blue) " You will have some coax left over when putting everything together, so I recommend zip tie to keep the lollipop pulled in. Hope this helps someone. Highly recommend TPU for its flexibility. I did use PLA+pro first for modeling and testing, and it worked out ok, until I ran into something then it broke. TPU will give you plenty of flexibility but keep the lollipop stable enough to not shake and effect your flight controller.
