I had a lot of jello in my FPV and HD video feeds, PID tuning and filters are not doing enough. I noticed when I turned the motors by hand and held the corresponding arm there was noticiable vibration that may have been causing the jello. I've tried my design out, printed in Sainsmart Blue TPU, and it has significantly helped with the jello. It did not completely remove the jello but it now only appears at above 75% throttle which I may be able to get rid of with TPA settings and maybe damping grease on the arms. Print in 95A TPU Print at 100% infill (not really required) STL is only one, multiply in your slicer.
