Darth Vader in Vape Form! Building Is Easy! What You'll Need: * Red LED * 100 Ohm Resistor * Wire (I used Yellow 16 Gauge Braided Copper and Green 14 Gauge Solid Copper Wire) * Push Button (Normally Off, I Got Mine at Lowes) * 510 Connector * Aluminum Strip * Vape Tank (Mine Is from Elite Tanks with a .5 Ohm Coil) * 18650 Battery (Mine Is a 3000mah Battery with 20amp Max Continuous Discharge) * Solder/Soldering Tool, and a Spring Tab, Oh Yah, and Black Acrylic Paint Step 1: Download and Print the Files Step 2: Paint the Top Parts of Vader Black Step 3: Thread on the Push Button and 510 Connector. You May Have to Carve the Holes a Little Bigger So They Fit Nicely. Step 4: Cut and Bend the Aluminum to Fit in the Slit of the + Side (Left Side) of Battery Housing. This Will Be the Positive Terminal for the Battery. Step 5: Slide In the Spring Tab on the - Side (Right Side). This Will Be the Negative Terminal. Step 6: Solder! Start by Soldering a Piece of Wire to the Positive Terminal Leading to One of the Button's Terminals. Then from the Other Button Terminal to the Base of the 510 Connector. Then from the Tab Sticking Out from the Top of the Base of the 510 Connector Back to the Negative Terminal for the Battery. Boom Now You Have a Complete Circuit! Step 7: Add the LED, Attach the 100 Ohm Resistor to the LED, Then Solder the Resistors End to the Button Terminal (That Leads to the 510 Connector). Then Solder the LED End to the Middle of the Green Wire. Check the Pic If You Get Lost. Step 8: Put in the Battery, Add the Tank and Blast Off to a Galaxy Far, Far Away... Important Note: Make Sure to Use a Battery That Can Handle the Discharge Rate That the Tanks Coil Draws! Use Ohms Law to Figure Out If Your Battery and Coil Are Safe! V=RI In My Case I Have a .5 Ohm Coil and a 3.7v Battery, 4v When Fully Charged, Therefore 4v/.5ohm = 8amp Draw. Since My Battery Is a 20 Amp Max Discharge I Am Well Within My Draw Limits.
