This is a remix of the Darth Vader's Light Saber posted by laclede in 2017. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2082019 I've made some practical design modifications in order to match the movie prop. Also, I wanted to address some issues, like easy assembly without any post processing by increasing the polygon count, completely resigned the knobs and the side switch. The original design had already a male-female coupling, but by adding a central channel for a long screw, the strength is increased remarkably. For the final assembly two self-tapping M3x19 screews, one M4x23, one M3 Ø15 washer and two M4 nuts. Final note: supports are needed only for the Crystal assembly side, because the part has been designed to be printed horizontally with a minor suspension, in order to maintain the curved surface on the back side.
