Darth Vader Lightsaber PVC Kit

This kit lets you turn an ordinary PVC pipe (1 inch inner diameter) into a shiny Darth Vader hilt. These files have been modified and remixed from CaseStudyno8's design. The PVC pipe makes up almost the entire body of the hilt, leaving only a handful of parts and the grips to be printed. Put together with 2 part epoxy. To get a realistic metal surface, carefully wrap the PVC pipe in aluminum tape and then rub it down with a pen to get out the wrinkles. I then took rough cloth and rotated the pipe in it to give it a brushed look. Included in the files is a grip guide to help you put space the t-tracks out perfectly. The pipe has a 1 inch inner diameter, the perfect fit for most polycarbonate blades. It would be a little snug inside for electronics, but could be done. If you don't want a blade, you can print the emitter plug to give it a nice finished look. Enjoy and share pictures if you make it!
