Here is the remixed "Darth Doorstop" made by plainolddave transformed into a keychain for everyone. The design, engineered by combining innovative techniques with precision manufacturing capabilities, was crafted using Giotto software by Krea3D and high-quality PLA materials. Rafts were not required during the printing process. Layer height was set at 0.2mm to achieve precise dimensional accuracy and a strong bond between each layer. The printing speed was calibrated to an optimal level of 60 mm/s, ensuring that every layer was thoroughly solidified. A generous infill of 10% was strategically placed within the design to minimize material usage while maintaining its structural integrity. Printing temperature was maintained at 185° throughout the process. Upon completion, a rigorous quality check was performed to ensure every detail met the desired standard.
