Darth Maul's Lightsaber

The legendary lightsaber of the Sith Lord, Darth Maul, is a true marvel of design. As a double-bladed saber, it requires a significant amount of printing, so be prepared to invest in your 3D printer's capabilities. To bring this iconic hilt to life, you'll need to print: 2 Emitter C's 6 Emitter B's 2 Emitter A's 2 Outer Emitters 2 Inner Emitters 4 Transitions 2 Upper Chambers 4 Red Buttons 4 Silver Buttons 4 Upper Inserts 4 Lower Inserts 2 Lower Chambers 1 Double Male Transition This piece connects the two halves of the hilt, making it a crucial component. I printed Emitter B, A, and Outer Emitter with supports, and all STLs are oriented as intended. The hilt features numerous 90-degree overhangs, much like Qui-Gon's saber. To tackle these challenging areas, I included custom support versions of the Upper and Lower Chambers generated in Meshmixer, which can be found labeled MM Upper Chamber and MM Lower Chamber. Feel free to experiment with different printing options and let me know what works best for you!
