The ominous Deathwatch helmet that emerges after Darth Maul takes control of the group is a sight to behold. I have always been fascinated by the unique design of this helmet, even though we don't get to see much of it in action. To make painting easier, I designed the horns separately from the helmet. For a smoother fit and to allow room for glue inside, I recommend printing them at 99 or 98% scale.
