The 3D printed pieces are contained within files ready for printing and complete mask files that are not cut into smaller parts. SCALE At full scale, the dimensions of the mask are approximately Width 189 mm, Length 252 mm, Height 120 mm. Scale the model according to your head measurements as needed. PRINTER SETTINGS Due to the size of the mask, post-processing is necessary. It's recommended to use a layer height of 0.2 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers for optimal results. All parts are aligned for easy handling and minimal printing supports save filament and time. Printing a brim for mask shell parts will prevent them from lifting off the platform during the print process, especially given their thin structure and high height.
