Dart Shaft Replacement

Print and replace a broken plastic dart shaft. You can customize your name or logo by printing it directly onto the new shaft. To assemble, simply thread the printed shaft into the barrel - the thread will be cut as you go. I printed my replacement shaft with a 0.1 layer height and 20% infill, using no supports at all. For optimal results, print lengthwise and lay the dart flat rather than standing it upright, which helps strengthen the material and reduces breakage risk significantly.
