This version has a reinforced thread at one end that screws securely into a standard dart barrel. Despite some minor printing issues, it fit snugly into the barrel while still warm, performing flawlessly. I've uploaded an improved design with even stronger threads due to the original's tendency to snap off under impact. I plan to print a few of these and report back on their performance. If they continue to break, I'll modify them to accommodate a threaded rod instead. The new version is also lighter, thanks to some careful trimming and shortening. After further refinement, this part appears to be a winner. I need to test it in a few games before confirming its superiority, but initial impressions suggest it's an improvement over previous versions. If anyone prints these and has feedback, please share your thoughts. I've also uploaded the Solidworks file that was previously overlooked. ***Update: A new version featuring a split design is now available for printing. It's best to print side 1 and side 2 separately, then glue them together using a few drops of crazy glue. This approach yields a significantly stronger result than the original design. To ensure proper alignment during assembly, I recommend screwing the two halves into the dart barrel before gluing.
