Dart-2

This is a Remix of thing: 3699109 RC Flugzeug Dart-2 by Arlenn The Remix was entered, but not displayed. The Dart-2 was printed in PETG. The wing surface was made with a 0.3mm nozzle. Because I had big problems with PETG on the fuselage, I could not always connect the parts to my satisfaction. That's why the entire underside of the model is covered with fiberglass cloth. The tip of the fuselage is divided and can be unscrewed. It's meant for a later installation of a camera. Model weight with motor and servo exactly 800g. 3s / 1400 Lipo 113g 4s / 1600 Lipo 170g Controller and receiver 58g So the takeoff weight is 971g or 1028g Test flight with 3s resulted in a thrust of 910g at 29Ampere. The first test flight starts with 3s. And here's a link to the CG/Center of Gravity calculation https://www.ecalc.ch/cgcalc_d.php Video will follow asap. Because the Center of Gravity calculation showed that I can also install the controller in the fuselage in front, I printed another ventilation for the controller. The canopy is now made from one piece with an intake, a slot in front for a hinge and a foresight for a closing. The canopy is printed upright with support from below. The hinge is made of TPU Adhesion with seconds adhesive - in front of the slot in the canopy. - in front of the slant on the fuselage. At the rear part of the canopy, there's a provision to close it with a seal. The seal can be found as an update here under number 4313711 on my page JoHuVo All parts (canopy top, bottom and slider) are printed in PLA. The spring (is from a ballpoint pen) is placed on the round side of the slider put it between the upper and lower part. Upper and lower part then glued with a PLA pen laterally.
