Dark Souls 3: Valorheart

The shield and sword weapon, crafted specifically for Dark Souls 3's new DLC, has been my go-to choice for quite some time now. I've been eager to bring it to life. The sword was designed using Solidworks software, while the shield required a combination of Solidworks, Meshmixer, and Autodesk Netfabb. Bill of Materials: - A 25-inch long metal rod with a diameter of 1/4 inch - Dark brown cloth for wrapping the handle - Glue (super glue or hot glue) - Post-processing materials Assembly Instructions: * Note that spiral details can be printed without support. Sword Assembly: Print all sword pieces, preferably in PLA. Insert the first piece onto the metal rod and secure with glue. Repeat this process with the remaining pieces, ensuring the spiral design aligns correctly. Post-process and paint the sword. Shield Assembly: Print all shield pieces and 15 connectors (preferably in PLA). Use the connectors to line up the pieces, then assemble them into rows and secure with glue. Connect the rows using additional connectors and glue them together. Post-process and paint the shield. Finally, wrap a piece of cloth loosely around the two loops on the back of the shield and cover the handle with brown cloth.
