The Dark Knight bat signal replica was created using software like Inventor for structuring two pieces and Adobe Illustrator for the acrylic top design. It was printed with a Makerbot Replicator and Epilog Mini 18 Laser, while its dimensions are 6.25 inches by 3.5 inches. A custom light made from a 9V battery, breadboard and three LED 3.3V lights is required for the signal to be illuminated. Despite its small size compared to the real one, it accurately represents the iconic bat signal.
