The Dark Crystal is a fantasy film directed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz in 1982. The movie features the voices of Stephen Garlick, Lisa Maxwell, Billie Whitelaw, Percy Edwards, and Barry Dennen. The story follows Jen, a young Gelfling raised by the noble Mystics, who discovers he is the last survivor of his own kind. Determined to restore balance to the universe, Jen sets out to find a shard of the Dark Crystal, a powerful gem shattered by the evil Skeksis. Believing that repairing the crystal will bring peace back to the world, Jen embarks on a perilous journey to unite the remaining shards and defeat his enemies.
