This mechanical mod is lacking a crucial connector hole, a clearly defined positive connector location, a button hole, and a button assembly. I intend to update this with the specified components within the next few days by 3-20-18, so anyone willing to contribute can take part. Unfortunately, I don't own a 3D printer nor have any experience with printing, which is why I'm eager for suggestions on how to modify this design to make it printable - ideally, I'd like to get a quote from someone who can print this for a friend of mine. UPDATE 1: The initial 3D rendering software used was inadequate, resulting in a haphazard first rendition. To correct this, the model has been re-created using AutoDesk Fusion 360, which means additional design elements such as connector holes and button assemblies will have to be postponed until at least 3-25-18. If anyone is interested in remixing my original design, please feel free to do so.
