Taxon: Dapedium sp., a Ray-finned Fish, Emerges from Lower Toarcian Era 183 million years ago, during the Harpoceras falciferum biozone, this ancient fish thrived. A remarkable discovery was made at Dudelange (?), Luxembourg, where its fossilized remains were unearthed. Now housed in the esteemed palaeontological collection of the Luxembourg National Museum of Natural History (MnhnL) in Luxembourg, the original specimen is a prized exhibit.
